New week, new chances and new workouts! 🤤 Last few weeks I have to say I’ve trained my core a lot more than I used to do. Love the results but need to take my booty workouts to my original / hard level 😏 (I only do the core / belly workouts from my SBG). What do you train more? Belly or booty?

You plus me in a few weeks at this place for a cosy picknick! 😍 Because of all the incredible kind answers about the little meet and greet with me on this beach in Nijmegen I really want to do it!!!! So my idea: around 18:00 have a cosy chat, having a pick nick with healthy things & around sunset have a yoga session from a yoga teacher (not me)? Just very casual and only love 😍😍😍😍 I want to do it so I’ve searched 3 dates. Please let me know if you, maybe with your bestie, will come to meet me and have a really fun and beautiful evening! (you can plan it with a day of shopping in Nijmegen). The dates: Saturday 11th, Sunday 19th (my fav date!) and Friday 24th 😍 Please let me know which date you are available. PS: if the weather is really bad we must have a plan B (so 2 dates)
